Service Description

Pilates for all abilities. This is more of a high-intensity Pilates class focusing on weighted exercises to help increase body strength. There is still a focus on core strength and stability and pelvic floor strength. Great for postpartum women recovering from vaginal or cesarean births. Women must be 6 weeks postpartum and signed off by their healthcare provider to exercise. Please bring everything you need for your baby, Pilates mats and weights will be provided. If you have any injuries, please tell Olivia before the start of the class. We have a coffee and a catch-up after!
