Service Description
Weighted Pilates fusion for all abilities. No previous experience needed. This is more of a high-intensity Pilates class focusing on weighted exercises to help increase body strength. There is still a focus on core strength and stability and pelvic floor strength. Great for postpartum women recovering from vaginal or cesarean births. Women must be 6 weeks postpartum and signed off by their healthcare provider to exercise. Please bring everything you need for your baby, mats and weights will be provided. If you have any injuries, please tell Olivia before the start of the class. We have a coffee and a catch-up after! Olivia takes NO responsibility for injury during any of her classes to you or baby. By booking onto this class you consent and take sole responsibility for you and your baby.
