The Mummy MOT® is a comprehensive postnatal assessment designed to evaluate your pelvic floor, core strength, posture, and musculoskeletal health following childbirth. This service is suitable for any mother who wants to regain strength, address common postnatal concerns, and receive professional guidance on recovery — regardless of how long it has been since giving birth.

What Does The Mummy MOT® Include?

Pelvic Floor Assessment:
An assessment to evaluate pelvic floor strength and function, helping to identify symptoms such as bladder leakage or signs of pelvic organ prolapse. (A GP referral may be required for formal medical diagnosis where necessary.)

 

Core Function Evaluation:
Assessment of abdominal muscles to check for abdominal separation (diastasis recti), along with tailored advice and exercises to help rebuild core strength safely.

Posture & Musculoskeletal Assessment:
