WHAT IS INVOLVED IN OUR PILATES SESSIONS?
Olivia has completed her Matwork level 1 & 2 and will soon finish her Matwork 3. Olivia has studied Pilates through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates institute (APPI).
The APPI has become recognised as the industry leader in safe and effective Pilates exercise, delivered by master trainers and experts in movement education.
Classes will be held ONLINE every Monday and Wednesday at 7:00pm.
Olivia's classes can be booked via the BOOK HERE button below, payment is taken up front, and there is a 24-cancellation policy like all of Olivia's treatments. You can also pay for a month's session via the Pilates Membership.
The Pilates session will include strength training, joint mobility and core stability. Helping increase muscle tone and strength, release muscle and joint tension, reduce muscle stiffness, and increase flexibility.
